Credit Committee

The Credit Committee consists of five members who are elected by members at each Annual General Meeting. This committee is vested with the authority of granting of loans according to rules in the bye-laws. The Secretary of this committee is responsible for recording of activities of this committee.

Request and approvals of loans are processed by this committee. Loan processing and daily loan related activities are handled by the management and staff.

Supervisory Committee

The Supervisory Committee consists of at least three members elected at each Annual General Meeting. Members elected to this committee cannot serve on the Board or the Credit Committee.

This Committee examines provides governance of the credit union, including at least semi-annual financial audits and report at each AGM on the same.

Education Committee

Each newly constituted board at the first meeting after the AGM appoints an Education Committee of at least five persons. This committee promotes members' education, collaborate with leaders of discussion groups and provides support for general member education that pertains to the Credit Union.
